What is up with this gluten free trend? why is it so important? I will tell you that you just don't know until you try it, then a whole new world opens up to you. No more fatigue, stomach aches and weird food headaches. Gluten could be the source of your chronic fatique and allergies and headaches. Sound weird? It really did to me at first. Until I was willing to try anything. What I learned was that if you do have a gluten sensativity that it interferes with the L-glutamine in your brain. L-glutamine is responsible for certain brain chemicals that can affect your ability to focus. I learned this while reading the book "The Diet Cure" which has some amazing insight into brain chemistry. I recommend taking the quiz at http://www.dietcure.com/take_the_quick_symptoms_questionnaire.html to see if your diet is affecting your brain chemistry and possibly other things like weight gain. To quickly assess yourself answer these questions.

Homemade perfume, this smells so yummy!
This homemade perfume is pretty easy, I just dab it on and the scent lasts all day, it's actually a womens blend, which means all the oils in the blend support feminity, but you can use whatever scent you want! my favorite is Whisper Essential Oil Blend It has a blend of citris, ylang ylang, vanilla, patchouli, cinnamon, Vetiver, cocoa, sandalwood, rose, and bergamot. It smells so delicious whenever I smell it I am in a state of Euphoria! It's nothing like those fake expensive perfumes with toxins in them you buy at the mall and it's not named after a shallow celebrity either, so it's a win/win!contact me to get a free sample, it smells different on everyone, see how it brings out your natural pharmones! Oh and did I mention you aren't paying for all the celebrity hype, its about half the price of regular perfume and it lasts all day! What I enjoy more than anything, I am not killing people with perfume that gives most people headaches and your kids breathing issues!
